Volkswagen Awards UMT's Employees with High Customer Satisfaction And Support Certificate

Volkswagen sales team gets accredited the international sales qualification for customer satisfaction and service.

As part of it’s human resource development, UMT organized a specialized training for its sales team in cooperation with Volkswagen AG. To raise its customer service and exchange expertise and also get to know the latest models and technology that Volkswagen offered in the latest period.

9 employees participated in the training for 40 training hours, in which they learned the special sales process in which a long term relationship is assured between the company and its customers. Focusing on their needs and demands and all the safety features in the Volkswagen vehicles.

Mr. Michael Levando trained all of the participants both in theory and in practice. By giving them oral and written exams so they can qualify for the international qualification.

Mr. Levando expressed how happy and proud he is and stated” I have really enjoyed this training, especially because UMT sales teams are already knowledgeable and well experienced, the team spirit that UMT possess made me happy to train and work with the team, it’s a special experience for me especially when I see passion and ambition from all the participant to learn more and more”

On his behalf, Mr. Sameh AlMasri (Umt’s General Manager) thanked Volkswagen A.G for providing this opportunity for his crew and for giving a chance for them to gain new experience from an international high standard company. He also added” this training is also a part of our general strategy that our company drew over the past years to distinguish develop and maintain its entrepreneur position in Palestine, because providing such trainings is a major foundation from our policy to maintain and develop our staff skill expertise and knowledge to provide the best service for our customers.”
